Sheena graduated with a Bachelor in business administration and marketing. She started her career as a business development manager with a training and consulting company in Kuala Lumpur and learned the ropes of management here before setting up her own advertising firm providing signage systems and advertising billboards.

Sheena also managed a consulting office specializing in consulting work and change development programmes for Asian organizations. She was involved extensively in consulting work for companies in business re-engineering, re-structuring and in implementing organizational change. Among her key projects was the organizing of the Change Management programme for ASEAN-EC Management Centre held at the Prime Minister’s office in Brunei, in 2005/2006.

Her experience as an entrepreneur has led her to focus on the field of education, in which she leads parents and children towards to improve their life skills which include Physical and Survival Skills, Fear and Anger Management and Close Family Relationship. Her passion for reaching out to people led her to train and groom children and youths in self-motivation, self-management, applied values and communication skills. Sheena is a trained instructor in OJT-ITE Certificate in Practical Phonics and Pronunciation and is an active member of Toastmasters Club.
