Talleah Teo has extensive experience in various capacities in the fields of customer service, including conference management as well as training. Her background training in personal effectiveness and communication skills have given her a unique perspective on the importance of facilitation skills in group discussions as well as in a training context.

Her challenging mode of delivery and energetic positivism are also widely received by those in the manufacturing and IT sector and she is also a trusted partner in career management training. She is also actively involved in speaking engagements relating to business etiquette, networking, personal effectiveness, team and group effectiveness, communication skills, effective speaking and presentation skills as well as telephone techniques and customer service.

Talleah, a member of Asia Professional Speakers Singapore (APSS), Singapore Training & Development Association (STADA) and Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI) is tremendously versatile across all markets. Her many years of experience have allowed her to train many working executives and administrative professionals to form a network in this region.

Talleah is a lifelong learner and strives to impassion people's lives through nurturing and sharing recently contributed an article to "Her Story" - a 25th Anniversary Book launched by the Singapore Council of Women's Organization ("SCWO").

As a firm believer in the fact that the ability to facilitate well is dependent on self awareness as well as being sensitive to others' needs, Talleah is committed to speaking and sharing in conferences, workshops and seminars that will benefit and inspire the individual to higher levels of personal effectiveness and achievement.

Talleah is serving as President with the Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) Alumni. She has also been involved in various community projects including mentoring and teaching the less privilege students.

Talleah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Vancouver and is a Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) awarded by International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP, USA).
